Established in 1984, the Shreveport Metropolitan Concert Band is the premier community band in Shreveport, Louisiana. The SMCB is the oldest, continuously operating community band in Shreveport, and is located at Grace Community Church in Shreveport. There are over 70 members, from all walks of life, and ranging in age from 23 years to over 80.

Weekly Rehearsals
Our rehearsals are held every Monday evening, 7 - 9 PM at the Grace Community Church Warehouse, 9400 Ellerbe Rd (just north of the Camp Forbing Marketplace shopping center).
